Here we have an individual by the name Steph LV from the indie Brooklyn rap group RMe. A while ago The Official attended a show where a spew of emcee’s performed their own works of art. Majority of them were subpar to be honest with you. Anyway, they began a cypher where again majority of them were awful. Out of the ten or so people within the cypher we found a diamond in the rough. So we give props to Steph LV and his very impressive freestyle abilities.
